 The STRATA_HEAT™ floor heating system is the most advanced radiant floor heating system available in the world! Consisting of a high performance floor heating wire, an uncoupling mat, a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat and the world’s first heat conductive 

thin-set additive – the system provides you with the most advanced and efficient floor heating system for your home. 

The STRATA_HEAT™ system is controlled by a digital thermostat with your choice of either an innovative smart Wi-Fi compatible version or a standard programmable option. Simple to use but offering advanced features, the Wi-Fi version can be controlled via a smartphone providing real-time information and optimal control!

Step 1 – Select Language

There are 8 languages to choose from. 

Select your chosen language and click ACCEPT.

Step 2 – Set Wi-Fi Network

Select YES to connect to your home Wi-Fi Network.

Find your home Wi-Fi Network and select it on the thermostat screen and click accept.

Enter your password and click OK to save and continue.

*If this network is password protected, enter the password using the up and down arrows to cycle through the alphabet. The left and right arrows will bring you to the next letter. 

Step 3 – Note your Device Number

Once connected to a Wi-Fi network the STRATA_HEAT™ Wi-Fi Thermostat will display the Device Number. (Example: Device Number SC-F8-A1-F5-17-5B-2C6)

*Make a note of this number as it will be needed when registering the STRATA_HEAT Wi-Fi Thermostat online. If you lose this number, you can find it once the STRATA_HeatWi-Fi Thermostat has been set up by going to Settings > Advanced Settings > About > Info

 CONNECT TO STRATA_HEAT™ SERVER

Step 4 – Register Your Device Online

Go to mystrataheat.com and click register.

Enter the email and password you would like the MySTRATAHEATaccount to be linked to and click register.

Check your email account for a verification email from LATICRETE.

Step 5 – Register the Device Location and Room

Log into mystrataheat.com

Follow the prompts to register your location.

Click the add room icon at the bottom of the page.

Enter in all the details required, including the device number, and click REGISTER.

You will now be able to control your heating through the mystrataheat.com webpage.

Step 6 – Log into STRATA_HEAT™ Mobile App

Once you have registered on mystrataheat.comyou can enter the same log in and device information into the STRATA_HEAT™ Mobile App you downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

You will now be able to control your heating through the STRATA_HEAT™ Mobile App.
